The impact you'll make:
Reporting into our Learning & Communications Manager, the Learning Specialist is responsible for the coordination, communication and support of learning programs and resources for teams at Saje.
The Learning Specialist will support the Learning & Communications Manager with development, coordination and execution of learning programs and work with subject matter experts to create content and learning approaches that enable Saje Team Member performance and growth.
All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate onboarding program materials for new starters at Saje including new Team Members and Leaders from across our Retail and Support Office teams.
- Create media-rich content including digital materials (i.e. video, virtual tools, eLearning modules etc.) that help drive our programs and educate new and existing Team Members about our brand, culture, products and more.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to develop learning materials.
- Support the execution and implementation of learning initiatives and resources through internal communication channels.
- Contribute to the evaluation of learning programs in partnership with the Learning & Communications Manager, monitoring key measurement tools and creating action plans to drive and communicate the impact of learning initiatives.
- Maintain existing learning content and program materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Regularly visit Retail teams in store to understand current business needs and to inform Retail learning and development initiatives.
- Report on celebrations and opportunities for learning at Saje, keeping a constant pulse on the health of our business and removing barriers for Team Members to access and grow from learning opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor that demonstrates integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Show up as a team player who interacts effectively with all Team Members; builds and maintains trust with cross-functional partners.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Solid understanding of Learning and Training, preferably within retail or a consumer goods organization.
- Previous experience providing training or learning solutions for customer-facing and/or corporate teams will be essential.
- Knowledge and Passion of our products to educate and empower Team Members.
- Strong belief in the power of education, with the desire to equip, empower and inspire others.
- Skilled at identifying and translating learning needs and themes into practical learning experiences and tools.
- Have an engaging, aspirational style of facilitation and presentation skills that promote learning.
- Able to exercise effective judgment and navigate sensitive situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech forward thinking, with the love of using modern tools and solutions to streamline process.
- Any experience in Canva will be helpful.
- Video content editing skills is a big plus.

The compensation range for this position is from $65,000– 75,000 annually. Base pay is dependent to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Other components of our total rewards offerings include:
