The impact you'll make:

Reporting into our Sr. Director, Growth, as a Digital Analyst, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our digital strategy by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on key data across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with multiple key stakeholders across the growth, ecommerce, marketing teams, ensuring that your findings lead to actionable insights for both immediate optimizations and long-term strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Reporting & Analysis: Own the creation and maintenance of regular reports that track performance across key digital channels (web, social, email, paid media, etc.). Present findings to stakeholders, offering actionable insights to optimize current campaigns, improve performance, and guide decision-making. 
  • Proactive Insights & Recommendations: Provide proactive, data-driven recommendations based on performance trends, helping the team make improvements before performance issues arise. This includes identifying optimization opportunities in user journeys, conversion rates, and campaign targeting. 
  • Reactive Problem Solving: Respond to urgent performance issues by diving deep into data to identify root causes. Provide timely solutions or adjustments based on immediate needs, including troubleshooting traffic drops, underperforming campaigns, or customer behavior changes. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across growth, ecommerce, & marketing to understand objectives and share insights that inform strategy. Act as a trusted advisor, translating data into actionable steps for optimization. 
  • Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and evolve customized dashboards and visualizations to deliver key insights and KPIs across the organization. Use platforms like Looker Studio & Power BI to provide real-time visibility into digital performance. 
  • Website Tagging & GA4 Management: Audit, implement and maintain all website tagging and GA4 setup. 
  • Testing & Experimentation: Manage A/B tests and other experiments, focusing on performance optimization. Help design and implement experiments, monitor and analyze results, and suggest adjustments to improve user experience and campaign outcomes. 
  • Customer & Market Behavior Analysis: Use analytics tools to assess consumer behavior and identify trends that inform not only marketing but product and business strategy. Provide insights into customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn. 
  • Data Integrity & Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data used for analysis. Maintain a keen eye for detail to validate data inputs and outcomes, ensuring all insights are based on reliable information. 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. 
  • Experience working with multiple product SKUs, within a D2C organization. 
  • Proven ability to produce detailed, actionable reports and dashboards for various stakeholders. 
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing digital campaigns based on data. 
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio & Power BI. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing issues. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear recommendations. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets. 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM & CDP is an added bonus. 
  • Google Analytics certification or other relevant analytics certifications is an added bonus. 
  • Knowledge of SQL, R, Python and/or other programming languages is an added bonus.

The compensation range for this position is from $80,000– 92,500 annually. Base pay is dependent to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Other components of our total rewards offerings include:
