The impact you'll make:

The Financial Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments in accordance with vendor terms and team member expenses in line with company policies and procedures. 

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:

  • Reviews approval of certain invoices from budget holders, including all utility bills, and ensures accurate coding and processing of invoices and payments. 
  • Prepare a list of payments to be made on a weekly basis and settle the payments against the appropriate invoice in the accounting system.  
  • Administrates team member expenses, including the review and approval of expense claims. 
  • Prepares certain month-end accounting entries and reconciliations. 
  • Supports inventory invoicing process by performing a 3-way match of vendor invoices to received purchase orders (PO) and communicates to the Team lead any variances that require further review. 
  • Ensures all retail location business licenses are in compliance and updated annually in accordance with relevant jurisdictions.  
  • Responds to relevant emails in the AP inbox, opens and reviews mail by post and maintains an organized filing system. 
  • Supports the accounting team with a variety of tasks as required. 
  • Maintains a strong relationship with all departments and vendors to ensure balances are up-to-date, vendor statements are accurately reconciled, and communication of any outstanding items are resolved. 
  • Contributes to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion. 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s, Diploma or Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in accounts payable or accounting environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as be able to balance competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be willing to assist others when necessary.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel.
  • Working knowledge of ERP experience, Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
  • Passion for natural wellness.

The compensation range for this position is from $55,000– 62,000 annually. Base pay is dependent to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Other components of our total rewards offerings include:
