The impact you'll make:

Reporting into both the Chief Marketing Officer and the Head of Business Development, the US Marketing Manager supports driving traffic, awareness and conversion of Saje through third party retail. This role touches all aspects of our 360 Go-To-Market for third-party retail with a focus on trade marketing, digital and retail marketing. 

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:

Go To Market & Trade Marketing

  • Integrate with the Merchant Team of our third-party retail partner to identify and capitalize on Marketing opportunities for Saje
  • Understand and align both businesses' commercial calendars to identify future planning opportunities for crossover and enhanced collaboration, ensuring strategic alignment and synergy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and fulfill needs as we become aware of them, driving the success of Saje’s business.

Digital Marketing & eCommerce

  • Drive traffic and awareness of Saje’s brand through the digital channels of our third-party partner
  • Integrate with key vendors to support Digital Marketing and US eCommerce strategy in third party retail
  • Lead PDP management process to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand strategy between Saje’s owned eCommerce and the eCommerce platform of our third-party partner
  • Support with Saje’s US Social strategy, with a focus on TikTok Shop

Retail Marketing

  • Partner with National Sales and Education Manager to maximize eventing opportunities in sync with third-party Retail calendar and Saje’s global campaign calendar 
  • Support the management of Retail Marketing assets, including signage, sampling and SWAG
  • Integrate with US Retail to identify and maximize opportunities between Saje vertically integrated Retail and third-party Retail

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in Marketing for a beauty brand operating with third-party retail such as Sephora, Ulta or Target.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work through ambiguity; you are comfortable being a “jack of all trades”
  • Highly skilled in building and nurturing relationships, with the capability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that propel the business forward.
  • Ability to develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies, with a deep understanding of techniques that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and analyze reports to make informed business decisions.
  • Proactive approach to overcoming challenges and clearing roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments, demonstrating resilience and agility.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to align strategies to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding Saje’s values and standards.
