The impact you'll make:

We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and creative Manager, Creator & Content Partnerships to bring our wellness brand to life through partners, voices, and ideas that add expertise and credibility to our mission.  

Reporting to the Senior Director, Consumer Engagement, this role will build and nurture a network of creators, influencers, experts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), community members, and employees who authentically bring the Saje story to life. Working closely with the Brand, Growth, Social, and Digital teams, you will develop content partnerships that increase advocacy, generate social-first content, and strengthen Saje’s connection with consumers. 

Saje is a brand built on the power of community for over 30 years; this role doesn’t fit inside the traditional “influencer” box. In fact, we’re looking for non-traditional social-forward thinkers who understand how real voices and unique creator content can move the brand and business forward in unignorable ways that drive engagement across social platforms.  

The ideal candidate eats, sleeps and breaths social. You understand the cultural zeitgeist and have a proven track record for tapping into that to drive brand growth. You know what’s on the horizon and have a vision to use that knowledge and talent to nurture and create an army of brand advocates – even with limited budgets to harness true earned and organic reach. Deep experience working with creators, consumers and employees and understands the metrics that matter when evaluating engagement versus reach is key. You have a proven track record of harnessing the power of brand evangelists—including community members and employees—to deliver measurable results.  
 
You are not just up on trends but think laterally to see how they can be harnessed to drive meaningful conversations that change the hearts and minds of prospective customers looking to empower their wellness. Copying isn’t for you, but rather co-opting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative & Growth to bring evergreen and campaign work to life through this very important channel.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:

• Develop and lead Saje's creator, partnership and advocacy strategy across influencers, experts, KOLs, affiliates, employee advocates, and community members to drive the Canadian business forward.  
• Recruit, nurture, and grow a network of authentic brand partners who create engaging content and drive brand awareness, advocacy, and consumer demand.
• Create and execute evergreen & campaign specific seeding kits to get our product in the hands of creators and community members.  
• Partner closely with the members of the Growth team to strategize and scale creator content through paid amplification, whitelisting, and performance marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to develop casting strategies that connect campaigns with authentic creators, experts, advocates, employees, and community storytellers.
• Launch, manage, and optimize Saje's affiliate program to drive content creation, traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Own ongoing relationships with agency partners and creators to foster brand affinity, advocacy, and long-term loyalty.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Social, Digital and Creative teams to develop high-performing content across channels.
• Identify new partnership, content, and advocacy opportunities through trends, insights, and community listening.
• Track and report program performance across engagement, earned media value (EMV), affiliate revenue, traffic, conversion, content production and ROI. 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, creator marketing, advocacy, social media, community marketing, or a related field in a B2C or agency environment.
• Existing relationships with agencies and creators across Canada preferred
• Proven experience building and managing relationships with creators, influencers, experts, KOLs, ambassadors, affiliates, community members, employees, and brand partners.
• Strong understanding of social media, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, and emerging consumer and digital trends.
• Proven ability to develop strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, advocacy, customer acquisition, ROI, and business results.
• Excellent relationship building, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on performance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
• Experience in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, apparel, or other consumer retail brands is preferred.

The compensation range on average for this position is from $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
